#002: A FIRST LOOK AT SUPERBROTHERS: SWORD & SWORCERY EP

And thus is revealed the peculiar name of a new collaborative project by three representatives of Toronto's emerging music videogame counterculture. With regards to the intended meaning of the project name, the following is presented for your consideration:

SUPERBROTHERS = a safe and reliable cure for the eyes.

SWORD & SWORCERY = a fantasy subgenre characterized by swashbuckling heroes.

EP = aka Extended Play, a vinyl record or digital download containing up to 37 minutes of music.

Simultaneously with the project announcement, a 'first look' audiovisual clip, a collection of stills & a smattering of info - including quotes by Robert E. Howard, Carl Jung, Joan of Arc - are on offer here at the newly launched swordandsworcery.com.

Although not explicitly stated, careful examination of the audiovisual clip suggests a future DARK MOON BULLETIN is scheduled for broadcast on December 16th 2009 at 7:03am EST.
